A coke and a smile

Growing up in the South, drinking a Coca-Cola is as normal as walking or breathing.  It's something about the iconic red can, the deep rich color, and that addictive taste.  So the person who originally decided to put this drink into a chocolate cake in many ways is a genius.  The Coke brings out a certain richness and sweetness that makes this like no other chocolate cake. But enough of that... let's see cupcakes!!!

So the next time you need to quench your thirst, have a Coca-Cola cupcake. xoxo

Happy Hour Anyone??

Tonight we are making Key Lime Margarita Cupcakes. It's always five o'clock somewhere right?

 

 

 

This shot in a cupcake is filled with fresh lime juice, lime zest and of course Patron. Once baked, we hit the cupcake with another shot lol.

 

 

The ending is a wonderful cupcake with more lime, more Patron, and of course a little salt... couldn't forget that!!
