Happy Friday cupcake lovers!!! It has been a really busy week for Cakes Remixed but I couldn't be more thankful. This FF cupcake is my new favorite... Mint chocolate chip! This cupcake reminds me of a thin mint cookie. Its minty flavor is featured in the cake as well as the butter cream. This cupcake is cool and refreshing... kinda like me lol.
